Maptol believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, we offer a 48 Hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. (We reply within 72hours)
Mode of Refund
If you choose to exchange the item for the reason of receipt of a defective item, you will only be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
In the case of orders where payment has been made through cash on delivery, only store credits will be provided. No refunds can be processed in such cases.
The Customer has to ship the parcel back to us, Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount after deducting GST and the courier charges from the amount of the returned product within 48 hours. Please ship the package ASAP to make sure we receive the Product within 5 days from today in its original condition & the same packaging at the address below. Also, share the tracking details with us via email once you ship the order. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.
As you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed along with your coupon, subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy, and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. The maximum amount for courier charges to be reimbursed is Rs.80. For all returns, the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.

Eligibility
- All products sold on our website are eligible for return against a credit coupon code.
- Damaged/used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
- Items that are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days are not eligible for returns.
- All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and are sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.
- For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include your order number (sent to you via email and SMS after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items / Special Offers or Gift Cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of a coupon code. The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used at any time for your future purchases.
